About Us
John Cauchi, the founder of HomeShredUK always has been aware of the importance of securely destroying his out of date personal and family paperwork. Having been frustrated with the temperamental nature of his small home shredder and how time consuming it was to use, he put his mind into action to find a solution.

John’s working background is within the UK Recycling and Security Industry and he ran his own shredding company collecting confidential waste paper from businesses such as solicitors and accountants. Using this knowledge and experience, he saw a need for home owners as well as businesses to shred their own domestic paperwork and set to work on a solution for the home and workplace and so HomeShredUK was born!
